Over time our bodies can be become loaded down with various toxins. It is unfortunate that some foods are loaded with chemicals, such as nitrites in packaged meats and MSG as a flavor enhancer. We also have many environmental pollutants all around us, such as carbon monoxide from auto fumes, and even out gassing of micro-vapors from construction materials (PVC in vinyl flooring is one of the more well known toxic substances). But on the bright side, there are specific detoxifying diets that we can use to dramatically eliminate the toxic sludge from our bodies.Confused? Here ‘s a little help . </ p>

Most detoxifying diets recommend switching over to a raw vegetable, fruits, and juice as our primary food sources. Stay away from heavy meats, cheeses, sweets, and dairy. Drink lots of purified water. Green tea is especially recommended for natural energy and detoxification. Almost any of the “green” powders, such as spirulina, barley grass, wheat grass, blue green algae, and so on, are ancient remedies for pulling toxins out of the body. All of your dark green, leafy veggies are excellent detoxifiers. Garlic, lemons, limes, oranges are great additions to the diet. Don’t forget seeds and nuts, and your omega-3 oils (avocado, olive and flax seed oil).

People feel sad sometimes especially after disappointments or a quarrels with someone. This does not mean that the person is depressed. Depression is more that the normal sadness, and is a strong mood that involves hopelessness, despair, sadness and discouragement that goes for a long time. Your normal activities will be affected if you are depressed.
It can be genetic or caused by other factors such life events, medical conditions that affect people’s moods, and family and social environment. Life events are such as tragic accidents that paralyze a loved one causing grief beyond normal levels, the death of a loved one or even the death of a pet. Depression affects the mind making you feel helpless and hopeless. It makes one feel unlovable and worthless even if the person’s true value is not worthless. It causes negative thinking in a person because of the constant sadness that one feels.
If your friend or family member shows symptoms of sadness most of the time, low concentration, tiredness all the time, weight gain or loss, withdrawal from friends and family and feeling of worthlessness, know that the person is depressed and should seek treatment.

Neurological health disorders rather common, though most of them can be treated. Here are a few of them, as well as their causes and symptoms.

Bell’s Palsy is a paralysis that affects one side of the face. The condition comes on suddenly, and also causes pain behind the ear on the affected side of the face. The eye on the affected side can’t close properly and the face becomes expressionless or the expressions are distorted. There may also be changes in the sense of taste. Is this new to you? Catch up here Bell’s Palsy is caused by an inflammation of the 7th cranial nerve, a nerve that supplies the muscles of the face.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is a disorder that affects the hand, when a nerve that supplies the hand is inflamed or swollen. This can be caused by arthritis, fracture or wrist strain. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome causes pain and numbness in the thumb and the first three fingers. It’s seen in people who do work which requires strong hand or wrist movements.

Guillain-Barr Syndrome is an inflammation of the nerves. This disorder causes weakness and a loss of sensation in the body, especially in the limbs, the abdomen, or the chest. The disease spreads within 72 hours and might lead to dangerous breathing difficulties, or shock. Sometimes it leads to a total paralysis that can linger for months. The cause isn’t known, but it’s thought to be the result of an autoimmune deficiency.
