Cynthia Socha-Gelgot, Ph.D. is board certified in Clinical Neuropsychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University, and Masters and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Neuropsychology from Drexel University. She completed a pre-doctoral internship in Psychology at Norristown State Hospital (APA approved) and a post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at University of Pennsylvania Medical Center, Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Department of Neurology, Cognitive Neurology Lab. Her expertise includes neuropsychological evaluation to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of neurologic disease or injury such as traumatic brain injury, dementia, stroke, MS, learning disorders and attention disorders (ADHD). She also provides individual supportive therapy, family supportive therapy and education, and cognitive and memory rehabilitation services. She works with young adults, adults and older adults. Aside from her clinical practice, Dr. Socha-Gelgot supervises neurorehabilitation specialists at the Community Skills Program, is a consulting neuropsychologist at two Central PA retirement communities (Messiah Village, Frey Village), serves as an expert witness in court, and is past-President of the Lancaster-Lebanon Psychological Association.

Robert M. Stein, Ph.D. was born and raised in New York City. He conducted research on sex offenders and behavior therapy at The New York State Psychiatric Institute from 1982 to 1988. He received his Ph.D. in Neuro-Cognitive Psychology from the City University of New York in 1988. From 1990 to 1996 Dr. Stein was the Clinical Director of a rehabilitation facility for individuals with brain injury. He co-founded the Center for Neurobehavioral Health, Ltd. in 1997 with Dr. Socha-Gelgot.
In addition, Dr. Stein serves as a consultant to the Laurel Lake Huntington's Disease Program in Lee, Massachusetts. The Laurel Lake program has the largest concentration of Huntington's patients in one center with approximately 40 individuals with Huntington's Disease. Dr. Stein conducts staff training and meets with patients and management to design proper environments and behavioral supports for those suffering from this devastating disease.
Clinical expertise includes anxiety, chronic illness, brain injury, behavior therapy, phobias, sports psychology, and clinical hypnosis. Dr. Stein is currently conducting research on breathing and movement for performance enhancement and anxiety management. He regularly serves as an expert witness in the areas of sexual offenders and brain injury.

Michelle Manasseri, M.S., M.A. completed graduate programs in Clinical Psychology at Millersville University of Pennsylvania and La Salle University earning two Master's degrees in 1996 and 2006 respectively. Her undergraduate work in General Psychology was completed at Millersville University. Michelle is currently enrolled in her fourth year as a full-time student in the Psy.D. Doctoral Psychology Program in Clinical Psychology at La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and plans to graduate in May 2010. After graduation, she plans to complete post-doctoral training after which she will seek state licensure as a psychologist and board-certification in professional psychology. Michelle's practicum experiences included neuropsychological assessment and cognitive rehabilitation in outpatient and post-acute rehabilitation settings and psychological assessment and treatment of individuals with serious mental illnesses in an inpatient psychiatric hospital setting. Her specific areas of expertise include traumatic brain injury, cognitive rehabilitation, and neuropsychological assessment. Michelle continues to seek out educational opportunities and training experiences related to the field of general psychology, neuropsychology, and rehabilitation. She has special interests in mild traumatic brain injury and mindfulness and acceptance-based psychological treatments.
Michelle currently works part-time as a neurorehabilitation specialist at the Center and has been developing and implementing cognitive rehabilitation programs for neurologically-challenged adults for over sixteen years. Each cognitive rehabilitation plan is individually designed and tailored according to a person's unique abilities and functional needs at the time of treatment. Michelle emphasizes a "client-centered" approach in her work by educating individuals and encouraging them to ask questions and become more involved with their own treatment planning and recovery. Her work in cognitive rehabilitation has taken her into home, rehabilitation, educational, and vocational settings.

Anne Hohenwarter, M.S. received her Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Millersville University in 1999. She completed her practicum at the Center for Neurobehavioral Health, Ltd. where she currently works as a consultant cognitive neurorehabilitation therapist and neuropsychometrician.
Anne designs and implements cognitive rehabilitation programs for adolescents and adults with traumatic brain injury, learning disabilities, or other neurological impairments. She previously worked as Coordinator of Disability Services at Lebanon Valley College. She has a thorough knowledge of disability issues related to higher education and the ADA. She also works as a cognitive rehabilitation therapist and behavior specialist at a local neurorehabilitation facility.
As a mother of two teenagers with Tourette's Syndrome and ADHD, Anne also has a special interest in the evaluation, treatment, and educational planning of children and adolescents with Tourette's Syndrome and related disorders of disinhibition. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Tourette Syndrome Association.
Anne received the CBIS (certified brain injury specialist) credential during the fall of 2006. In addition, Anne recently completed the National Counselor Examination and has earned the LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) credential in August 2007.

Jacqueline Weaver, M.A. received her undergraduate degree from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in Psychology in 2000 and her Masters degree from Towson University in Experimental Psychology in 2003. After her graduate training, Jacqueline completed a fellowship at the National Institutes of Health, working in the behavioral neuroscience department, studying models of memory and aging.
Jacqueline is currently employed part-time at the Center for Neurobehavioral Health, Ltd as a neurorehabilitation specialist and neuropsychometrician. She works full time at the Johns Hopkins University in the Cognitive Neurology/Neuropsychology Division. Her experience includes neuropsychological assessment and cognitive rehabilitation in both a research and clinical setting. Jacqueline has participated in numerous clinical trials and research studies involving dementia, stroke, amnesia and traumatic brain injury.
